Our Role in the Pharmaceutical Sector
ZeroFrame was founded to provide concrete support to companies operating in controlled-contamination environments (cleanrooms) and with specialised machinery such as isolators, RABS (Restricted Access Barrier Systems) and glove boxes. We provide custom video footage and detailed technical documentation to clearly highlight the behaviour of the air flows. The goal is to provide Production and QC departments with an objective and technically reliable tool for informed decision-making, identification of potential critical operational issues, and guaranteeing process conformity.
Impartial, Technical Approach
Our work focuses on objective documentation of processes, with the goal of highlighting any nonconformities without altering their performance. We always work as an independent viewer, ensuring an assessment consistent with regulatory requirements and international standards.
Regulatory Compliance
Each activity is planned and carried out in accordance with current standards in the pharmaceutical sector. Our procedures are constantly being updated to incorporate changes introduced in regulatory documents, ensuring footage and tests which can be used in audits and inspections.
Complete Assessment
The multi-camera filming setup allows us to document the air flows and operations from different points of view, providing a more in-depth technical picture. The recordings allow the results to be reviewed and analysed after testing as well, becoming an objective reference for technical analysis and internal knowledge sharing.
