Method, know-how, and over twenty years of operational work in contamination-controlled environments
ZeroFrame has been conducting smoke studies since the late 1990s, when these tests were still at a pioneering stage and were not yet covered by European guidelines. In over twenty years of activity, we have built substantial hands-on expertise in airflow visualisation: more than 2,000 hours of footage, over 100 documented cleanrooms, and a growing number of dedicated teams.
Such deep specialisation required a digital identity of its own: no longer just one service among many offered by a professional video production company, but a space where we could present our method, services, and field-tested expertise in greater detail.

Anyone involved in qualification and validation within the pharmaceutical sector knows how difficult it is to find structured information on Smoke Studies. Regulatory requirements – from the update to Annex 1 of the EU-GMP (2022) to FDA and EMA guidelines – now demand increasingly rigorous visual documentation, yet online resources remain fragmented.
This website has been created to meet this need: to present, in a clear and straightforward manner, what we do, how we work and the contexts in which we operate, from our methodology to our operational approaches (As Built, At Rest, Dynamic, In Operation), and from the technologies we use to our experience with regulatory developments in GMP cleanrooms.

Architecture designed for professional use: in-depth regulatory insights and a comprehensive overview of our services, all accessible from any device, with a navigation system designed for those seeking technical content and precise answers.
The same rigour we apply in cleanrooms, brought to our communication.

"We began working on Smoke Studies at a time when, in Italy, almost no one treated them as a discipline in their own right. After nearly thirty years, our experience and methodology have become a benchmark for the industry. This website is the next step: a dedicated space that reflects the precision and quality of our daily approach."
